Business Administration

The Department of Business Administration was separated from the Department of Accounting and Finance in 1983. The heads of the department successively: Dr. Abdul Gader Mohamed Ahmed, Dr. Fathi Saleh, Doctor Omar Almagli, then Dr. Taj Al-Sir Kardaman, Dr. Abdul Mahmoud Suleiman, then Dr. Mohamed Al mubarek, Dr. Abusufyan Al-bashir , Dr. Nawal Abdullah Adam, then Amel Bashir, Dr. Nawal Abdullah Adam, then Dr. AbuSufyan Mohammad Al-Bashir. The current head of the Department is Dr Mohammed Kamal Al - Jak . The Department performed several programs at the Bachelor, postgraduate studies and intermediary diplomas levels. It has also performed many training sessions in Gezira State in the field of human resources development

- General Objectives: Preparing and qualifying students at university level in the fields of business administration. Serve community issues by directing the results of scientific research and applied studies. Promote and develop scientific research by focusing on the issues of business organizations and trying to find effective solutions. Rehabilitation of human cadres capable of contributing to solving administrative problems in light of the surrounding variables. Developing new programs that meet local and international standards and meet the needs of the labor market at the university level.
- Special objectives: The graduate should be able to: -Applying the basics of the administrative process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling -Making timely administrative decisions. -Working in the fields of banks, companies, government departments, etc., and consolidating the principles and concepts of administration. -Self-learning and understanding of the administrative developments taking place in the world today. -Create and manage your own projects. Preparing and qualifying specialized cadres in the field of Economy capable of competing and contributing effectively to meet the needs of the society and enrich knowledge through education, scientific research and international cooperation in accordance with local and international quality standards.
